These terms govern bookings made with Mohali Prime Cabs. A booking is accepted when the company confirms the trip and may be subject to vehicle availability.

Fares

Displayed fares are estimates unless explicitly confirmed as fixed. Tolls, parking, permit charges, state taxes, waiting charges, extra stops and other applicable fees may be added where relevant.

Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must provide accurate pickup, drop, date, time, passenger and luggage information. Illegal activity, unsafe conduct and vehicle damage are prohibited.

Service limitations

Travel times may change because of traffic, weather, road closures, security restrictions or other events beyond the operator's reasonable control.
